Customer Service is our #1 priority here at Illiana. We strive to ensure that all of our clients are well taken care of, even in the most challenging circumstances. If ever you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to call, e-mail or stop into the office. We’re here from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Kathy Badman
Kathy has been Illiana’s Office Manager since May 2006. She is the first person you will see when walking in the doors of Illiana. Customer Service is her top job.
Kathy is very involved with her church and their many activities. She enjoys being outdoors and visiting with her son, Jason, whenever she can.

Tammy Ferguson
Tammy joined our staff in September 2009. She brings with her a vast array of knowledge with Medicare. She is our claims specialist and office assistant. Her top priority is Customer Service. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, camping, fishing, and reading.
