James Schuett Jim is co-owner of Illiana, along with his brother, Tom. He has worked in the insurance business since 1978. As a Senior Market Specialist as well as a member of the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance, Jim focuses on all aspects of Senior Insurance. He served as a Champaign County Board Member for four years, and was a member of other various other local committees as well. Jim’s wife Kathy is a teacher at St. Matthew Catholic School in Champaign. They have two sons, Derek and Kyle. On weekends, Jim can inevitably be found either on a racetrack or in the garage with his sons. With their dad’s help, both boys have become quite accomplished in their fields—Derek is a Microsprint Racer and Kyle is a Quarter Midget Racer.

Andrew Hardin Andy has been with Illiana since July 1992. He works with all of the products offered here at Illiana and focuses on assisting clients with finding the insurance solutions that best fit their needs. In his spare time, you’ll find Andy with his wife, Fletch and son, Bud.

Matthew Barnes, Sr. Matthew joined Illiana in October 1997, after 3 years of experience in the industry. He works with all aspects of Senior Insurance and holds the designation of Long Term Care Professional. Matthew is a member of the East Central Illinois Arthritis Foundation Advisory Board and the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance. He is a 12-year veteran of the United States Air Force, during which time he served in Desert Storm. He has two grown children, Lauren and Matthew Jr. as well as a canine child, Jetta. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Disc Golf, solving crossword puzzles and volunteering.

Anthony Potocki Tony has been with Illiana since he started in the insurance business in 2003. His main focus is on Long Term Care, Medicare Supplements, and Cancer protection plans. He also works with the other products available through Illiana. Tony enjoys gardening when he’s not working or spending time with his wife Laurece, daughter Jorie, and grandson Ryan.

Gary Shaw Gary has been in the insurance business since 2000, and has been with Illiana since 2003. While he does work with all aspects of Senior Insurance, his primary focus is Annuities, Long Term Care, and Medicare Supplements. He holds the designation of Senior Market Specialist as well as an MBA from the University of Illinois. When he’s not working or with his wife and two teenage daughters, Gary can be found on the tennis court.

Andrea Klingel Andrea has worked as a licensed agent in the insurance industry since 2006 and joined Illiana in June 2008. She is focused on helping clients build a comprehensive insurance package. Andrea was the Campaign Coordinator for the local 2008 Arthritis Walk. In her spare time she enjoys playing Disc Golf and spending time with her son and daughter.
